Sandy Vaci (www.sandyvaci.com) is a Canadian international executive, with 40 years experience across North America, Europe and Asia. As an executive he worked for companies like P&G Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Cadbury International, Citibank’s Global Consumer Bank and Raiffeisen International.

He finished his executive years as CEO of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Austria and Chairman of the Supervisory Borad of the Credit Bank of Moscow. He is now splitting his time between mentoring (Business Fellowship Program), board duties (OTP UA), lecturing (SEED Business School - www.seed-uni.com) and managing his own company (www.codebreakers.co.hu).

He was also editorial reviewer of Olivier Sibony’s bestseller book about cognitive biases (“You are about to make a terrible mistake!”) and wrote the foreword to the Hungarian edition (“Donteshozatali csapdak”).
